I stay home too w my kids and it's tough work! No one will ever understand us until they experience it them selfs. I don't think we need to explain to people what we do or do not do . You're awesome btw!

I have two kids (1yr old and 6 yr old) and I stayed home with my son his first 3 months and I don't think I could do it again. Working full time with 2 kids is easier than being a stay at home home.
Being a stay at home mom is the hardest job ever! Kudos to all the stay at home moms out there!!

This is a very unique video (to me) and very well put. Definitely a lil glimpse of reality and to top it all off trying to balance and fit in your own time. Definitely had me cracking a smile.

This is a great video. I love your channel. I am 50 years old and have been married 30 yrs. We have 5 children. Our youngest are twins who just turned 14. I am a nurse. and put my career on hold to be a SAHM when our 25 yr old was 3. I have no regrets. As a trained professional I know it is easier to be a working mom vs a sahm. I am blessed that my husband is our sole supporter and has given me the opportunity to be a full-time mom. Nobody will take care of your children like you. and grandparents but no one takes your place in their little hearts and minds. Have we had to downsize and cut back on somethings yes, but it's so worth it. Kids don't want designer labels and toys it's us as adults. My kids chose a day at Dairy queen and the park over Disneyland. My twins love thrift stores and walks. But back to being a SAHM. I know people and have read articles on professionals who have a PH.d, Doctors, lawyers, etc who have said that they took a year off to be home full-time and they couldn't do it. They were going crazy. LOL And that's okay. But I believe there's a stigma associated with being home full time. When I grew up being a SAHM was the norm. It wasn't frowned upon. We are doing a very important job. We are nurturing our children and our homes. I think your doing a great job. Keep up the breasfeeding and YES it's okay to let them cry. It's good for them and don't ever feel like you have to explain why and how you choose to talk to or correct your babies.
    God Bless

Being a stay at home mom is a non stop job 24-7 with no breaks no checks at the end of the month. In the end we are raising a healthy citizen for the community and not the streets. I hate today's society on trying to devalue moms at home position. Well done video!

Being a SAHM has honestly been the hardest job ever. You never know if what you are doing is right. You don't get an evaluation lol. You don't get paid. You work 18 plus hours. Your boss is substantial younger than you and doesn't even speak English half the time. People who have a job feel the need to talk down to you as if by choosing to raise your own children has somehow put you in a lower bracket of importance. It's a thankless job from many perspectives but it's the OG way of parenting. It has worked for many many generations and it's a proud and honorable profession. We do however get the best benefit package though. That's time with our babies. Is it worth not having extra income. I would say yes. Every single moment couldn't be traded for all the money in the world.
